Judy Barnett

Judy graduated from CCMH and has been with Vital-Links since 2008. Judy strives to help her clients find relief from pain and stress using a combination of techniques for which she is certified. These include Fascial Release, Advanced Orthopedic Massage, Joint Mobilization, Accupressure and Esalen Deep Tissue Massage. She also offers Relaxation and Hot Stone Massage.

Home care such as stretches, exercises and hydrotherapy are given along with your treatment to enhance the theraputic massage. The goal is a pain free, active, balanced lifestyle through dedicated care.

Rachel Metherel

Rachel graduated from Georgian College in 2010. She is qualified in Swedish massage, pregnancy massage, acute and chronic injuries, and has taken a course in Esalen Deep Tissue Massage. Rachel became a massage therapist because she always had an interest in the mechanics of the human body and how it works.  On her off time she enjoys mountain biking, sports, painting and crafting, and interior design.

Tracey Sajkowski

Tracey has been a Registered Massage Therapist for 16 years, graduating from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy (CCMH). She offers Massage Therapy ranging from deep therapeutic to relaxation, as well as hot stone and pregnancy massage. Tracey has a special interest in massage therapy for children. She was an instructor at CCMH for 8 years and considered it to be a really great experience where she learned a lot as well. 

Tracey is also a Certified Holistic Nutritionist offering nutritional counseling ranging from basic advice to providing a one week meal plan. She is also certified in Fascial Movement Taping (FMT) to help clients with their pain, injuries and postural corrections.

Living in Kitchener with her 2 sons, Tracey loves spending time doing things with them and especially being outdoors. She stays active with Crossfit, hiking, and biking.
